At Icy Decor, we specialize in luxury event planning, floral design and custom balloon styling by bringing your vision to life with elegance, detail, and heart.

Our journey began with our founder and CEO, Danielle Aiworo a  passionate visionary, a dedicated Business & Pre Law student, and a young woman whose path unfolded in the most unexpected way.

At just 19 years old, shortly after high school and during the uncertainty of the pandemic, Danielle launched her first business with dreams of becoming an interior decorator. She always had a natural eye for design an ability to turn ordinary spaces into something beautiful. But as life would have it, what began as interior decorating quickly evolved into something much greater.

Without initially defining the scope of her services, clients began requesting event decor. Instead of turning opportunities away, Danielle embraced them. From her bedroom, she began teaching herself the art of balloon styling and event design learning, experimenting, and growing with every event she took on.

The journey was not without challenges. Entering an industry filled with experienced professionals was intimidating, especially as a young entrepreneur finding her footing. There were moments of doubt and mistakes along the way, but she carried with her a lesson instilled by her mother: “In business, you may fall but you never stay down. Every setback is part of the process.”

That mindset became her foundation.

Through faith, resilience, and an undeniable passion for creating meaningful moments, Danielle continued to refine her craft. What once felt unexpected soon became purpose. And today, just a few years later, Icy Decor stands as a reflection of her growth, perseverance, and vision far beyond what she once imagined.
